Cycle 1

Month 1:

Standing Basics- Front Kick (Feet Together) and High Block (Jigotai stance)

Student Creed #1


Month 2:

Moving Basics – Lunge Punch, Reverse punch, and Low Block (all front stances) and turns

Student Creed #2


Month 3:

Kata - Lohrding 1

Student Creed #3

TEST at end of 3 months.

Standing Basics - (jigotai stance) – Single Punching, Striking Block

Month 2:

Moving Basics – Chasing Punch (jigotai stance), Low block - reverse punch (front stance), Kick and Punch (natural stance), and turns

Month 3:

Kata – Lohrding #2

TEST at end of 3 months

Month 1:

Standing Basics (Jigotai stance) - Double Punching, Middle Block, Low Block

Month 2:

Moving Basics (Natural Stances) - Front Snap Kick, Striking Block, Middle Block and turns

Month 3:

Kata – Lohrding #3

***Exit Review Exam 2 Weeks Before Graduation to be able to get Red Belt and

Move to Intermediate Class.


Student should have been training for 9-11 months when moving up.
