Moving Basics- Kick and Punch and turn (Natural Stance), Reinforced Middle Block and turn (Front Stance)

Kata – 3rd 1/4 of Lohrding 2 (front stance kick and punch and turn)

Month 3:
Kata – 4th 1/4 of Lohrding 2 (front stance Reinforced Middle Block and turn for end of Kata)
